As manufactured by Ross of Hollywood inc for The Federal Courthouse in Fresno Ca. The large Seal is carved in a 90" dia 1/2" optically clear laminated glass. The 16 smaller 42" dia Seals are carved in glass with 23K gold leaf hand layed.
